The success story of our absinthe production continues with The Red Fairy. A modern absinthe interpretation that is unparalleled and an inspiration for the senses.

The aroma is very appealing with berrylike sophistication, fine anise notes, a strong honey scent coupled with a pleasant gingerbread spice selection with the hint of chocolate, delicate fennel, caraway, wormwood, hyssop and mint coming through.

In terms of taste, an ethereal image on the palate of intense anise aromas, a clear honey sweetness with delicate rooty accents together with fresh raspberries, anethol, citrus and pomegranate finishing with hyssop, cloves give a compact, dense body.

A lasting length and a balanced finale elegantly round off this extraordinary absinthe.
