Our Caribbean Rum evokes that image. Its opulent fragrance of sweet roasted flavours and finest fruit combinations where banana, nougat, vanilla, coconut and caramel abound together with an intense green wood spice, underline the typical matured rum molasses characteristic, reminiscent of brandy and bourbon barrels. On the palate an equally matured multi-layered rum flavour combines with wood notes, tannins, and a clear sugar sweetness. Flavour nuances of pineapple, mango, peach. dried pear, bitter chocolate, nougat and honey abound. A banana reverberation gives depth and elegance providing an excellent density and length.     A fragrant, multifaceted, and powerful interpretation of the typical juniper aromatics augmented by various botanicals; a lot of citruses, lemon, lime and mandarin with tonka bean, ginger, coffee and lavender coming through.

    On the palate, again a multifaceted result is experienced. The complex composition of quite a lot of juniper berries, dosed citrus top notes of orange peel and lime juice, with tonka bean, mint, ginger as well as strong floral components of rosepetals, violets and lavender gives this unique gin a density and smoothness. The result is a lasting length at the finish.

    With the Green Fairy, another chapter in Absinthe production is begun. Follow the fantastic paths of the Green Fairy with a glass of absinthe in your hands. The idiosyncratic concept takes you on a foray true to our motto “away with the fairies”!

    The gently fruited scent of currant and raspberry in a unique combination with lemon balm flatter your nose and revives memories of green mossy landscapes. The subtle bitterness and a mild Vermouth note harmonize with the smell of anise, fennel and cumin.

    On the palate the delicious and multi-layered taste of sweet spices, anise, fennel seeds, coriander and cinnamon unfold on your tongue through the essential oils. The subtle bitterness of the wormwood and green tea provide a mildly warming sensation at the finish.

The aroma is very appealing with berrylike sophistication, fine anise notes, a strong honey scent coupled with a pleasant gingerbread spice selection with the hint of chocolate, delicate fennel, caraway, wormwood, hyssop and mint coming through. In terms of taste, an ethereal image on the palate of intense anise aromas, a clear honey sweetness with delicate rooty accents together with fresh raspberries, anethol, citrus and pomegranate finishing with hyssop, cloves give a compact, dense body.
